Delivery
All our items will either be delivered in a padded envelope or bubble wrapped and boxed.
Deliveries to the United Kingdom will typically take between 24 and 48 hours to arrive - but please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed before it is dispatched.
We will initially send you an e-mail to let you know we have received your order and then another one once your order has been processed and despatched. All orders must be signed for at the point of delivery.
We will let you know immediately if your item is out of stock and give you the option to either wait for our replacement stock to arrive, request an alternative item or except a credit note to the same value of the out of stock item. The credit note will expire if not redeemed after 4 months. Please be aware that replacement stock may take up to 28 days to become available.

Su Su’s Jewellery are pleased to be able to offer their customers FREE shipping on all orders over £75 in value sent to any destination within the United Kingdom. Otherwise there is a set postal charge (including packaging) as follows:

Please note all overseas orders can take up to 5 days from dispatch to be delivered.
All overseas orders are placed at the customer’s own risk. Su Su’s Jewellery will not accept responsibility for any order that goes missing in transit.

As long as the item(s) are still in their original as new condition and in their original packing, you can return your item(s) to us within 7 days of receiving your order for a complete refund. Items that have been used, worn, soiled or damaged in any way will invalidate this guarantee.
PLEASE NOTE: for hygiene reasons earrings/other pierced body jewellery are non-refundable.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you are entitled to return your item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receiving your order for an exchange. This means that you can replace your original order with item(s) from our online shop up to but not exceeding the value of your original purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: We are cannot be held responsible for returned packages until they have actually been received, we therefore strongly advise you to use a signed-for (recorded) delivery service when returning orders - we will not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post.
To return your item(s) please always email us first to let us know you are returning the item(s) and to inform us of your reason for the return.

Privacy Policy
We do not share any of our customers’ identifiable information with any third party. All information held on our customer database remains private. We abide by the UK Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998. We will only hold information on our customers that they have knowingly provided us with, for example, contact details such as email and telephone number so that we can keep our customers up to date with any latest offers or notification of new lines. It is important to provide our customers with a good standard of customer service that is efficient and quick so therefore we ask for contact details in case we need to contact them over a problem with their order.
Payments
We accept payment by any major credit or debit card through Protx, a secure Internet order-processing site. Please be aware that Su Su’s Jewellery has a right to refuse any order that is not accompanied by a home telephone number. We reserve the right to refuse any order we believe is not genuine, and the customer will have to request the refund through their own credit card company.
Other
While Su Su’s Jewellery Ltd tries to display and describe the jewellery as accurately as possible we cannot provide an absolute guarantee that the item supplied will not differ to the one shown in the photograph. As some of the jewellery is handmade and/or made from natural materials these pieces can vary in individuality.
Su Su’s Jewellery Ltd makes every effort to ensure our jewellery is nickel compliant however we cannot guarantee a total absence of nickel or other components in our jewellery and therefore we do not accept any liability for allergic reactions known or unknown to any of our products.
